چکیده
Purpose and direction of the programme The SCC Programme in Europe aims to strengthen the capacities of rural cooperatives, farmer organizations and other civil society organizations to address the needs and rights of their members. The Programme supports the endeavours to strengthen farmer organizations and small farmer owned enterprises as well as support their efforts to comply with EU rules and quality requirements on agriculture production.
